A first: absolutely no obligations needing fulfilment. No sports or games, parties or visits. Nowhere we have to be this glorious Saturday so we stick around Coogee and we plays. Plays with other Coogee kiddies at the playground, comes shopping with me at Woolies, begins a new collection Lion King (spend $30 get a tiny plastic Lion King figurine), rubs amok at Coogee Oval, calls on Brigitte & John next door and their puppers (Max and Woodward: “but why two woods?” he asked), shoots hoops downstairs, crashes hard at 7pm.
