Afterschool activity is to walk up past the Police Station and rediscover a shady playground which is hardly functional however its natural beauty draws me more than our local Saronītha one.
Here the kiddo explores the wooded space unconstrained by restricted space and needy preschoolers crying to use equipment.
He finds Lady Bettles. They’re everywhere! Must be the season. Calling them ‘Gastön’ he references a favourite tv show ‘Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom’ and the new storytime book I bought him yesterday. So of course I am proud of my purchase.
