Nais Italian Kitchen, JLT Dubai

I have fallen in love, all over again, with seafood salad. Big plump juicy prawns, calamari and squid tender on the tooth, the tang of tri-coloured bell peppers swimming in a shallow pool of lemon, lime and olive oil.

My taste buds danced like my legs did waaay back when I was touring Italy in my youth/student days and the sensation of tomato-and-moules-topped thin-crust pizza first hit my sensibilities. Good God! What a choice then. And what a choice now, in Dubai, for tonight’s primo!
