Delicious! A thick steak of salmon baked with celery, tomato and lemon slices, drizzed with Greek first press olive oil (of course) then seasoned. Wrapped in aluminium foil, mum slips the lot into the oven…then presto!
Best eaten accompanied with crusty bread and kalamata olives (and a cold beer/chilled wine). Kingsley is curious with the feast presented to him on the table, dares to nibble on the juicy pink flesh, and proceeds to enjoy his dinner after our afternoon swim.
