In precise one week Erroll will experience THIS: the simple pleasure of a morning routine. His son off to preschool proudly stepping into the school bus, sitting in his seat, waving back at us till we can no longer see his little face pressed against the bus window.
Today Linus once again asked after his daddy. He woke and asked me to count how many days till Ba-Bāh is here. Together we named the days of the week then Saturday when he’s got soccer practice then we sleep that last night, wake on Sunday when Ba-Bāh flies in on a plæno and into the airport from which we’ll fetch him.
Linus was well satisfied with this answer and boarded the school bus excited for this his second last week at preschool…
