We’re slowly but surely getting very used to daddy being at home more often. Those Emirates Airlines days of Dubai are thankfully behind us now: inordinately long stretches laying over at outstations (a week away oftentimes) and hardly any quality home life.
Now we see each other loads…which is actually the normal amount families spend with one another. And it means I get to cook up eggs for breakfast and my two fellas enjoy them. In fact Erroll and Kingsley this morning ate al fresco eggs, roast potatoes and baked pumpkin.
