26-09-18 Μουστοκούλουρα

Wednesday 26th September 2018

Linus gets up 15 minutes before our alarm but I’m having none of it: he’s forbidden to get out of bed (its still dark and I’m still sleepy) so he just cuddles up close and asks for back rubs.

For the first time in forever, Saronītha is a little chilly; cool enough to wear sleeves and Kingsley doesn’t balk at putting on his jacket lovingly given to him in France by Miss Kym.

He’s off to school this his fourth week of kindy and I get on with nesting (a.k.a cleaning the apartment) a typical side effect of being 19 weeks along.

My day instantly turned bright when I received photos from Miss Maryanna’s classroom: Kingsley and his class mates baking! They’re baking μουστοκούλουρα, grape must cookies. And having them for afternoon tea!
