For an entire year now I’ve been eyeing mumma Dora’s lime green kaftan, daydreaming of how it would sit on me and wondering when I’d pounce to claim it. Today I did just that. While she was at the local farmers market (which by the way wasn’t operating much to her chagrin) it became mine. It was on ocer my shoulders then before I knew it I accessorizing the look and meeting her downstairs for a grocery shop at our local supermarket.
It’s already earned a spot in my luggage for our inaugural Hartley-Grey Tropical Family Holiday. Two weeks living in this line green kaftan while sloping from buffet to pool to beach. Phuket wardrobe sorted. I wonder whether my pregnancy will show through it?
